EUGENE “GENE” SALOOM of Mt. Pleasant Township, PA died May 15, 2022 at the age of 87. He and his late wife, Nancy established Eugene G. Saloom Funeral Home in 1960, which they jointly operated for more than forty years. Saloom graduated from the Pittsburgh Institute of Mortuary Science in 1955.
