EDDIE FOSTER ROBERTS of Bay City, TX died March 15, 2020 at the age of 97. He was a funeral director and mortician at the Duncan-Roberts Funeral Home. It was reported that Mr. Roberts was the first Texan to succumb to Covid-19.
