DAVID B. SHAFFER of Houtzdale, PA died September 19, 2015 at the age of 74. He was employed at the Jon C. Russin Funeral Home Inc., in Bellwood as a licensed funeral director. He graduated from the Pitts-burgh Institute of Mortuary Science in 1967.
