DAVID N HEALD

DAVID N. HEALD of Holly Hill, FL, formerly of Springvale, ME died July 9, 2020 at the age of 71. A funeral director for 33 years, he worked alongside his father, James Heald at Heald Funeral Home. David assumed ownership of the firm in 1982 and in 2005 the business was sold. He partnered with Richard Shaw to form Maine Biomedical Service, the first and only licensed medical waste incinerator in Maine. He graduated with a degree in mortuary science from the University of Minnesota in 1972.
