A licensed funeral director for 55 years, he was president of the Shriver-Allison-Courtley-Weller-King Funeral Home in Youngstown, OH. He was a member of the National Selected Morticians, National Funeral Directors Association, Ohio Funeral Directors Association, Tri-County Funeral Directors Association and the Ohio Embalmers Association.
