CLEELAND R. WILLIS of Gallipolis, OH died April 21, 2021 at the age of 84. A licensed funeral director and embalmer, he owned and operated Willis Funeral Home, which he founded in 1974. A 1972 graduate of the Cincinnati College of Mortuary Science, he was a member of the Ohio Funeral Directors Association.
