CHARLES B. TAYLOR

CHARLES B. TAYLOR of Chicago, IL died June 30, 2022 at the age of 93. A funeral director, he owned and operated the Taylor Funeral Home, which he established in 1963 alongside his late wife, Leyeuna A. Taylor. They also established the Gary Oak Hill Cemetery in Gary, IN in 1972 and the C. B. Taylor Funeral Home, Inc on Chicago’s Westside in 1982. A graduate of the Worsham College of Mortuary Science, he was a member of the Alumni Association of the Worsham College of Mortuary Science, Illinois Funeral Directors Association, National Funeral Directors Association and the Flying Funeral Directors Association.
