CHARLES J O'SHEA

CHARLES J. O'SHEA JR of Point Lookout, NY died December 30, 2019 at the age of 85. A funeral director for more than a half-century, he was the founder of the Charles J. O'Shea Funeral Homes in East Meadow and Wantagh. He was also part owner in the Albrecht, Bruno, and O'Shea Funeral Home in East Islip. O'Shea served on the New York State Funeral Directing Advisory Board from 1974-2014 and was elected chairman from 1978-1990. He was a member of the FIAT-IFTA, National Funeral Directors Association, Metropolitan Funeral Directors Association and the Nassau Suffolk Funeral Directors Association.
