CHARLES JOHN “CHUCK” LOKAR of Westlake, OH died September 17, 2025 at the age of 81. A retired funeral director, he worked at Jenkins Funeral Chapel for over 40 years. A graduate of the Cincinnati College of Mortuary Science, he was a member of the Ohio Funeral Directors Association.
