CECIL R. HURT

CECIL R. HURT of Indianapolis, IN died April 4, 2012 at the age of 91. He was one of the first veterans in Indianapolis to receive a 100 percent G.I loan, which he used to purchase Cecil R. Hurt Mortuary located on the south side of Indianapolis. He was a funeral director and owner of the firm for nearly forty years. He graduated from the Indiana College of Mortuary Science in 1942.
