C. ROBERT "BOB" HASLER

C. ROBERT "BOB" HASLER of Greentown, IN died June 20, 2018 at the age of 83. A licensed funeral director, he was co-owner and president of the Hasler & Stout Funeral Home in Greentown. He previously worked at the Brown & Eckenberg Funeral Home in Anderson, the Shirley Brothers, J. C. Wilson and the G. H. Herman Funeral Homes in Indianapolis, the Raven Funeral Home in Marion and the Parson Mortuary in Muncie. In 1971, he partnered with Gene Pickett in the Pickett Funeral Home in Greentown, which he acquired in 1981. In 2003 the Hasler's partnered with the Stouts. A graduate of the Indiana College of Mortuary Science, Bob was a board member for over thirty years at Greenlawn Cemetery in Greentown, and was awarded his sixty year pin of service by the Indiana Funeral Directors Association in 2017.
