C. DONALD “DON” GIBSON of Maryville, TN died January 4, 2023 at the age of 83. A licensed funeral director, embalmer, and Certified Funeral Service Practitioner, he was a past president of the Smith Funeral & Cremation Service. A graduate of the John A. Gupton College of Mortuary Science, Gibson was a member of the Tennessee Funeral Directors Association and the National Funeral Directors Association.
