BETTY MARIE CARLSON

BETTY MARIE CARLSON of El Dorado, KS died May 26, 2019 at the age of 90. A licensed funeral director since 1960, she and her husband, Gene Carlson, purchased the Dietz Funeral Home in El Dorado in 1974 and renamed it Carlson Colonial Funeral Home. Betty remained active in the business until the time of her passing. She was a member of the National Funeral Directors Association and the Kansas Funeral Directors Association.
