BERNARD F. SLAUGHTER

BERNARD F. SLAUGHTER SR of Chicago, IL died November 13, 2013. In 1972, he established Slaughter Funeral Home, later renamed Slaughter & Sons Funeral Home after his children, Benita and Bernard Slaughter Jr., joined the business. He graduated from Worsham College of Mortuary Science in 1948. He was a member of the National Funeral Directors and Morticians Association.
