ALFRED J. GAY of East Longmeadow, MA died March 22, 2023 at the age of 93. He served his apprenticeship with the Hooker and Whitcomb Funeral Home in Barre, VT and began his lifelong career in funeral service with Dickinson-Streeter Funeral Service, Inc covering the Springfield, MA and Brattleboro, VT offices. A graduate of the New England Institute of Mortuary Science, he was a member of the Massachusetts Funeral Directors Association.
