ALFONSE F. GAMBACORTA of Amherst, NY died May 21, 2021 at the age of 82. Throughout his forty-six years as a licensed funeral director, he worked for the Greco Funeral Home, Rubino Memorial Home and Amigone Funeral Home, among others. A 1961 graduate of the Simmons School of Mortuary Science, he was a member of the Erie Niagara Funeral Directors Association.
